I've never actually seen any of the previous James Bond movies, but I have heard good things about this one, and heard this song on Pandora and really liked it. I may even go see this one, it looks pretty good. Enjoy :)

Final Home Game
Utah football's regular season ends against Colorado. Last Saturday, we had our last home game against Arizona. It is definitely bittersweet, I have loved working with the guys and working with the people I get to work with every day. We got done setting up early so we got to get rid of some extra energy before the game started. These are pictures in no particular order and from a few different home games this season.
This is Jahoni (Joni) and I, she is by far one of the best people I know.
Here is all the girls on my rotation: Me, Joni, Mindy, Shaynie
This is Uriah and Vinny showing us how it's done as a camera man.
Side view of our travel truck trailer, it is insane what goes with us on the road, it is packed from the front all the way to the back.
We played some two touch football, Mindy and Jahoni huddling for a big play.
Don't we look fresh?
Group photo, minus Josh, still not sure where he was.
Back (left to right): Dennis, Andrew, John, Geoff

Had to get a picture of the press box, sure do love Rice-Eccles Stadium, I've spent A LOT of time here, since January.

I really am going to miss working with these guys everyday. The memories that have been made will always bring a smile to my face, never a dull moment in the athletic training field.
Road Trip!
November 10th I had the opportunity to travel with Utah Football to Seattle, Washington for their game against the University of Washington. We left Friday, the day of a pretty bad snow storm in Utah, which left us on the tarmac for about an hour and half waiting to get de-iced. That was an experience in and of itself. The trucks with the de-icing fluid ran out half way through and had to go to the other side of the airport to get more fluid, which was just long enough for our plane to re-freeze and have to begin all over again. When we got to Seattle, we went straight with the equipment guys to Century Link field to set up all we could before the game the next day. Century Link field is home to the Seattle Seahawks! One of the nicest and best stadiums I have ever been to by far, my pictures don't do it justice.
When we were done with the stadium set up we headed towards our hotel. We stayed at the Hyatt Bellevue hotel in Bellevue, Washington. That was pretty entertaining we had two vans we were traveling in. I was in the back van which didn't have a GPS, so we were following the lead car in a city we didn't know at all. We got lost 3 times, that was very entertaining, particularly with it being a Friday night in downtown Seattle at rush hour.
This is what our hotel rooms looked like. The bed was so comfortable!
We had some downtime on Saturday morning before we had to go the stadium to finish game prep and the game itself. We decided to see what Seattle had to offer.
We of course had to see the Space Needle, but were too cheap to actually pay $25 to ride the elevator to the top, the fact we only had 45 minutes until we had to be back to the hotel in order to catch our ride to the stadium for the game and there was about a 30-40 minute wait to even get on the elevator.
There was a group of people playing what looked like wooden recorders that were right outside of the Space Needle, there were playing songs from all genres including the Beatles! It was great!
We also went to Pike's Market, saw the first ever Starbucks, and saw the famous waterfront.
When we got to the game itself, we had a security guard that was the craziest guy I have ever seen. Even if we had walked past him 20+ times he ALWAYS asked to see our field pass, he wouldn't even let Coach Whittingham's wife walk past without a pass until one of the other coaches came past and asked why she was still standing there, then left to get Coach Whittingham who was not very happy, and let the security guard know, about being called out for something like that. We didn't play as well as we could have, but I did have a good experience regardless.
I really enjoyed Seattle, and would really like to go back someday and explore it a little bit more, when I would have more time.

Let the good times roll!
Well for those of you who actually read this, it's been a while, I've been pretty busy. Time is literally flying by, it's crazy to think that it's already September, life is going by so quickly! The month of August, what happened to it? It literally just zoomed past, as I mentioned in a previous post, I spent A LOT of time with University of Utah athletics.
And of course at the end of August, we celebrated this little guy's first birthday!
The above is a picture of my ATEP class. We literally make the most dysfunctional family and yet love every almost every minute of it.
This picture is those that I worked A TON with during the summer minus our two head trainers and one other classmate. We had some really good laughs! For example:
"Joni, some people swerve for crunchy looking leaves, I swerve for crunchy looking ice!"
"Don't EVER do what you just did!"
"I'm sweating like a hooker in church today!"
"We're the undertrainers, supporting the big ones!"
The University of Utah ATEP allows for some great memories and good times. The application/selection committee somehow managed to take 20 now 19 individuals, some who were already friends, most who weren't. Put them into a group and let them work together as a cohesive unit and become a family, not to mention friends. I have loved every minute of working with my class and am stoked I still have another 1 1/2 years with them! Let the good times roll!
And of course at the end of August, we celebrated this little guy's first birthday!
He is as much fun now as ever! Sure do love him!

Happy 4th of July!
I came across this video a couple days ago and it seemed appropriate to post today.
And of course, those of you who know me, know that I love the military.
Thank you to all of you who serve, have family who serve, or know someone who serves our great country. 'Cause our freedom isn't free.

St. George
So last week a couple friends and I went to St. George to visit my cousins Jenn and Zach. We stayed pretty busy.
We went hiking.
It was quite the view.
Had to do some yoga poses when we reached the top.
My awesome cousin Jenn! (aka BFF Jenn)
We climbed down this back side of the dunes, it was fun! (this picture doesn't do the actual height any justice)
Awkward poses at the end of the hike :)
Then we went and played tennis!
We thought it'd be cool to take a picture through a tennis racket, I'd say it was a success.
Meet Lucy! One of the craziest yet lovable dogs you'll ever meet. Emphasis on crazy :)
Then we hiked the Dixie Red Hills. (It wasn't really much of a hike, but it's enough of a climb that you can see all of St. George from the top.)
St. George temple right after the lights had gotten turned on, this pic just doesn't do it justice.
Someone painted Dixie on the side, hence the name, Dixie Red Hills.
After a day in the sun, Jenn definitely had a sunburn line, she even put sunscreen on religiously throughout the day. :)
Meet Zach my other BFF. He is married to BFF Jenn.
Of course we had to go golfing!
My new golfing buddy, it was a blast.
Zach tried to hit me with the golf cart....
My tribute to Tim Tebow after I had an incredible shot onto the green!
Zach's tribute to Tom Brady after he overshot the green :)
We went to lunch at a pizza place that has gluten free pizza and I order what they said would feed one person... slightly bigger than I thought it'd be...that's a lot of food...although I did eat it all!
Needless to say, I had a blast and will for sure be visiting again. Thanks Jenn and Zach for an amazing and much needed vacation!
